Together, we will listen to your body’s story to help you glean the answers to your most pressing questions and concerns. I will listen to your health history, to your daily life experience and gain insight into your unique constitution. I listen and observe to uncover the root causes of your symptoms whether they be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. We will create a step-by-step, fully customized plan to improve your health and vitality by addressing the areas that need the most attention:

In twice-monthly sessions, we’ll meet for an hour. I’ll be your teacher and guide, offering tools and strategies as well as helping you connect with your intuition and your own body’s wisdom, as well as offering support in using those tools and strategies. You’ll be able to connect with me weekly via Voxxer Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm for follow-up questions and sharing wins.
